What is a Side Hustle?
A Side Hustle is a money making venture someone starts outside of their 9 to 5 job, with little to no money, and with skills, knowledge, and equipment they already have.
The beauty of a side hustle is there’s little to no risk. You keep your day job and your steady paycheck. The upfront capital is little to nothing. There’s literally no risk and a whole lot of upside. That’s the beauty of a Side Hustle.
A part time job is not a Side Hustle, nor is the gig economy. A Side Hustle is about building an asset for yourself that you are 100% in control of.
With gig economy sites like TaskRabbit or Uber you’re at the whim of a company who at any time can pull the plug or change terms or payouts. A side hustle is about building something for yourself to bring in extra money that has the potential to turn into something really big.
